Nov 19, 2018: Added spawners, fixed melee rebel and reviving errors, included wOs animations

-New SWAT faction: friendly to players and rebels, can be downed and revived by citizens and medics and fellow SWATs, use signals, use advanced weaponry along with grenades and improved weapon proficiency, patrol when they have no enemy

-Voice lines for rebels, mercenaries and SWATs

-Citizens, medics and SWATs can revive players if they're downed: [wOs] Last Stand

-Humans killed by zombies or by a zombie swep will come back as a zombie

-New Zombies: Seekers, Fresh dead and Type 3

-Seeker zombies roam around and follow eachother, forming hordes

-Humans now will find safe spots to reload only if they are in a dangerous condition, or if they have to reload too close to their enemy

-Improved line of sightting, if "nb_targetmethod 1" is enabled, they will alert others nearby and notice if something dies nearby

-Improved reload animations/sound effects

-Rebels can now use revolvers
