New Update 3/12/2020

- ISA portraits have been added (Please note that they are not as extensive as the Helghast portraits in the mod due to a lack of good images for them, but I may add more later or create a separate mod altogether based on your feedback).

- Made a few changes to the Alpha Centauri System
- New system start for Alpha Centauri (now includes enemy Vekta pops from the ISA and now expanded to include the Sol system based on the Killzone universe). The UCN is also included.
- The old system start remains as an option for people who don't want ISA pops in their playthroughs.
- Added ISA portraits on Vekta
- Added ISA namelist, rooms, and flag.
- Added a new modifier for Vekta and Earth.
- Misc. updates to Helghast portraits.
