* Disable physgun on the internal hull entity
* Disallow noclip on the hoverboard

* Improved the Sandbox Tool UI - Moved more important settings on top
* You can now use your mouse scroll wheel to adjust the camera view distance
* Increased maximum value for Turn attribute
* Mouse Control/Turning now is quicker with higher Turn attribute values
* Jumping force is now independent of moving speed. This means that the Jump attribute has an effect while stationary
* Fixed being able to switch weapons while on a hoverboard, resulting in weird things such as Tool ghosts showing up, physgun glow showing up, and others.
* Moved camera center point a bit lower to help prevent the camera ending up inside walls
* Many other bugfixes
