Fixed some stats.
Reduced the pants acid protection.
Switched the pants material to leather, less protection, less weight, lesser stealth penalty.

Added matching police helmets to the plate sets. The original police helmet is now the same shade of gray as the regular plate set.
Updated acid protection and fixed the crossbow penalty.
Fixed some irregular stats.
