Added reloading sounds from MW2

The lightning-fast empty reload is replaced with a tactical reload. The flipped charging handle is no longer relevant, so it is now on the left side and visibly reciprocates. Since the sole necessary "model liberty" is gone, the rear sight is also flipped backwards like the source model.
