-Doubled the spider spawn timer for the Witch King

- delayed Witch King spawn on Day of Reckoning by 50 seconds

- Witch King teleport now reveals landing area

- Made Witch King spiders raiders instead of wandering groups

- removed spells from Vigil for a Fallen Hero

- Fixed permanently camo Wizards

- Legendary heroes is now 35 days. 30 days with the added difficulty is just insane.
- The like 2 non-barrow lairs on Legendary Heroes no longer respawn. Why was that on?

- reverted troll Magic Resistance and Wizard Tower increasing costs

- Clash of Empires now checks to make sure you've killed all the buildings. They respawn, but you don't have to kill the buildings on loop, chasing down respawns.
- Peasants are now limited to how many fit in a guardhouse (2) or house (1). This should generally space out your peasants a lot better, so they don't clump up so much. Peasants also visit brothels and gambling halls.
- Monster graves last longer (so killing a ton looks cooler)
- Heroes leaving the map drop items at edge of map, so they shouldn't get stuck on loop now dropping and picking up items

-AI should be sorta fixed for Witch King and a couple other bosses. They were being glitchy and not attacking.
