Fixed placement issues, made most enemies stay still until they notice a player to keep them from all going to the same area. Also increased level of some enemies.

Added 2 new levels:

ForsakenDepths2

GnomishPrison1

Should be 1 extra GnomishPrison level + a bonus secret level for the area, and then I'll move onto the next area.

I probably won't update again for around a week so I can just release a huge batch of levels at once.

Fixed an issue with a missing tile that could cause the player to get stuck in an area in Sewers3. Also added in the first level of the new area.
