Added 2 new 'Low Velocity' weapons, potential bug fix for fireworks.

Railgun speed increased, Particle Beam nerfed, pretty much everything in realistic weapons balanced, made GUI text more readable, fixed a bug with stargate shield compatibility, fixed core/safezone not working without wiremod installed, fixed all blastdamage weapons being really OP on pewpew cores, fixed a bug with big props and range stuff, gave pewpew safezone a slider for range.
