1. Go to the stables where you bought the followers-horse - even if its the furthest one away.
2. Speak to the Ostler (Hostler) and select teh topic "I need a new Bill of Sale"

Your old Bill of Sale will be replaced with a new one. This will fix the menu bug

You will have to fix the problem by reinstalling over a cleaned save if :-
- You purchased your followers horse in Riften
- The original Windhelm Ostler died.

16/10/15: Future upgrades will come very soon. Horses For Followers will be stand alone and has been mostly rebuilt with huge performance gains. Will attempt to include the SEQ file if the Workshop uploader will allow. Otherwise you will have to make your own or get it from Nexus when available.
