• New hooks "TalentPointPlanner:talentSource" and "TalentPointPlanner:flags", to allow other addons to make their own talent sources available via the planner dialog. Should be no visible change in functionality.
  
• Move the indicative marker for boosted talent categories in the level-up dialog to the left of the category name, to avoid the marker being hidden on long category names.
  
• Don't show the "Steamtech/Physics and Steamtech/Chemistry from Ancient Automated Teacher" talent source for tinker characters that start with both categories already known.
  
• New game option "ZOmnibus | Verbose talent requirements", which extends the description in the levelup dialog and talent point planner of talents you cannot currently use to include the log message you would get if you tru. Intended for Adventurers and Wanderers who might, for instance, want to avoid talents that require a wielded weapon while designing an unarmed combat build.
