Blocked skipping C7 with ceiling pounce.
Added fail-ports to precision challenges.
Added "Observation" exit for instructors.
Moved blocking challenge rooms.
Changed outside roofs so instructors can see edge.
Altered the pounce sliding "secret" in C9.
