-General BlackDragon: Removed files from VSR that are now a part of the various asset packs
-General BlackDragon: Updated some ODF files that needed updating for use with the various asset packs (such as damage effects, which are not inherited)
-General BlackDragon: Cerberi assets are now part of a separate asset pack
-General BlackDragon: Hadan asset packs updated (unrelated to VSR, but the mod list was updated to align with this)
-General BlackDragon: Updated portal odf files for better functioning in VSR
-General BlackDragon: Updated some weapon effects (Hadean Combat Laser, Photon Torpedo)
-General BlackDragon: Instant Action DLL will now spawn VSR variants of vehicles instead of stock
-General BlackDragon: Recyclers will now spawn on the map's spawn point as opposed to a random location near it
-General BlackDragon: Updated Cerberi Demon DLL code (smarter, more useful drones, no longer selectable, no longer give "unit lost" Betty voice, no longer count against unit limit)

-Added pilots to DM vehicle selection options (for sniper DMs)
-General BlackDragon: Updated Hadean weapon effects, report any issues with these (especially performance issues)
-General BlackDragon: Adjusted damage values of chunk explosions (shibbits); damage now scales with armor/shield types - fixes scav bailing on rec pad exploit
-General BlackDragon: Updated mod ini to use new asset packs & set up Hadeans to use new asset pack files (subscribe to these to join games faster), removed files from VSR that are now in a separate asset pack
-General BlackDragon: Fixed portal code always teleporting units with inversed pitch
-General BlackDragon: Adjusted Portal GOTO order to only happen when the goto order is within a tolerance of distance to entrance portal (CollisionRadius + 25m). This prevents the portal from interrupting orders when the portal teleportation is accidental
-General BlackDragon: Fixed MPI Player TeamGroup 2 (Team 6-10) units getting added to DLL driven Idle Dispatcher
-General BlackDragon: Fixed Thug Scavenger management code not working in MPI FFA mode

-Fixed incorrect path points on FFA 4Play, should be playable for MPI now
-Beyond should now have correct path points (now works for MPI and ST Capture)
-Removed random extra Beyond map .bzn file
-blue_banana: Added 2 new maps to VSR (Domain and Toxicity)
-blue_banana: Fixed Selena path points so MPI will work on it
-General BlackDragon: Further 25% reduction to Flame Mine H damage from release 93 (128 to 96)
-General BlackDragon: Rebelanced Flame Mine damage to shields (will do more damage to Deflection and less damage to Absorbtion, overall less damage to Stasis)

-General BlackDragon: Enabled DLL logging so that any errors/resyncs caused by the new DLL can be caught and fixed & some tweaks
-General BlackDragon: Hadean Hellfire mortar is now a DIFFERENT WEAPON that needs testing
>This is a powerful weapon for NON-UPGRADED Atlases (requires DOWNGRADING Xenomater to build this Atlas)
>Requires Xyr Tower and 40 scrap to drop from Arsenal
>Similar to Scion Acid Cloud but sets things on fire and does a lot of damage
>This will be the new Hellfire mortar in the Forgotten Enemies mod, so it needs testing
-General BlackDragon: Removed the original Hellfire mortar and some weird hellfire2 mortar that wasn't used

-ISDF pilots should now recycle for 5 scrap (this already worked for me, but I added a few things that should definitely make it work all the time?)
-Hornet Rocket now works correctly on AI units (they won't try to use it at 400m anymore) - test out rocket tanks
-Fixed texture errors on Sinister & stock Chill
-Changed the water on stock River and River4 to be more like previous versions of BZ2 (glowing water)
-F9Bomber: Rereleased Beyond (replacing the previous version)
-Started laying the groundwork for a better FFA/MPI experience, allowing more flexibility with commanders and teams (can choose specific teams and commanders with AI teams thrown in, etc.)
>Herp McDerperson: changed AI teams in path editor to match new DLL settings (please check for errors)
>Need to check specialty MPI maps for correctness; if you have a separate map pack for VSR, see "FFA Path Instructions.txt"

-blue_banana: Replaced BZ1Moon map with a new variant of the map (Selena)
-F9Bomber: Fixed Beyond map so things can properly take damage again

-Fixed the description for Sly's Obstacle Course map to be more relevant to the map
-All Turrets now use 1.3 aiming code instead of 1.2 and aiming physics/AI updated - they will now be slightly more accurate
-Turrets, Gun Towers, Defenders, and Spikes are now more aggressive, firing even if they might not hit their target
(Note that the side effects of the defense updates cause turrets to spin faster while idle)
-F9Bomber: Added 1 new map to VSR (Beyond)

-Fixed a bug in the Plus and Experimental variants where Sonic Cannon was not available even if requirements were met
-Removed Sly's obstacle course on VSR DM: Vet Training Grounds and moved it to a separate map (VSR DM: Sly's Obstacle Course)
-General BlackDragon: Adjusted Archer's aiming to be able to aim nearly straight up as an experiment to see if that helps reduce shooting into walls
-General BlackDragon: Updated the Scion Matriarch model to remove the spikes and walls, reducing stuck units (change made in Enhanced Scion Models asset pack)
-Gravey: Updated Scion Matriarch pathing for better AI navigating around and through the building
-General BlackDragon: Removed the Matriarch Path Fix from release 70 (undoes Jayden's change in Release 70)

-Scion Sonic Blast now requires a Forge (previously required a Stronghold)
-Reduced Hadean Flame Mine's fireball damage to HEAVY units to 128 from 160 (20% decrease)
-Sonic Blast visually adjusted so that it is more visible after being fired (similar to how it looked in 1.1/1.2)
-"VSR: MPI:" maps are now prefixed with "VSR MPI:" to avoid accidently crashing the game while scrolling past them in the map list
-"VSR: Faceoff" is now renamed to "VSR FFA: Faceoff" to avoid accidenly crashing the game while scrolling past it in the map list
-VSR: Cliff now has a map description
-Tempest map description fixed to say the correct number of pools
