- Extended fleet orders with a maiden voyage/aka backup for when no other planet is in range. Trade ships now venture to the closest target first before visiting 4 random targets and returning home.
- Made the fleet creation a scripted effect for convenience.
- Modified the trade country to always be neutral. Not really relevant as it seems to be the default.
- Overwritten the can spawn debris game rules to exclude the automated trade country.

- Modified the script related to the starbase to use the star as reference instead of the starbase.
