.every pigcop corpse should now be in ragdoll mode

-visibility sectors (better performance)
-added a few more details
-experimental dismemberment system (it's possible to shoot off legs from green assault troopers and headshots on assault commanders). in the future this feature will either be removed or improved depending on how it will work out. it is very rough in its current state.

-new lightmaps in some areas
-added enforcer shotgun (can be found in E1L3)

the map currently has some performance issues since the newest fusion patch.
level 1 and 2 are more stable from what i can tell.

-temporally disabled the intro-cutscene in coop mode (to prevent breaking some parts of the map when playing online) untill i've found a better solution.
