• Charged elite - reduced shock and lightning damage; shock cooldown removed
  
• Gear wtih lightning insulation now protetcts from charged elite
  
• New elite affix - cursed - applies health penalty on attacks
  
• Fixed shore water color

Elite creature changes

• Some affixes were merged (promp + disarmer -> swift, terror + vampire -> terror, armored + regenerative -> healthy, cruel + strong -> cruel);
  
• New distribuition for elite affixes;
  
• Unique visuall effect for every affix (optional);
  
• Removed tallbird ground slam ability (it will be returned after balance and visual tweaks);
  
• Reduced green tentacle damage;
  
• Added enable/disable option for food buffs;
  
• Fixes for missed strings and typos;
