Fixed a bug with how tearrate changes applied to the cap (base game tear stat ups were majorly massed up temporarily)

Made a slightly mistake with the tear cap formula for adding modded items, which cause only tear down items to have any effect. Whoops.

Bug fixes to multipliers - they were applying twice if they werent Break multipliers.

Added a few more items and effects to the lists of things accounted for when determining the base damage (Changed odd mush to be a 0.95x mult, which better matches the apparent stat change, added Money = Power)

Added the ability to use CacheTrinket - same as item, but instead of Stackable its MomsBox

Added the ability to use NullCache, allowing for stat changes that arent linked to a specific item id.
