Removed charged key appearance, as a much better one has been added to the booster.

Lucky penny sprite is now a spritesheet replacer.

Improved performance by minimizing usage of Isaac.GetRoomEntities() where possible and instead using Isaac.FindByType only for specific entities.

Default sticky nickel animation is replaced by this mod's animation.

When a sticky nickel turns into a normal nickel, its sprite is set to the real sticky nickel animation. This is technically a default game bug/consistency fix, but also makes sure it gets set to the default appearance due to the above change.

Various fixes and tweaks that I may have forgot about.

Sprite usage has been optimised.

Added unique crying/sweating sprites for scared hearts.

Fixed the Scared Heart repeating its appear animation when you re-enter a room.

Fixed the Sticky Nickel still appearing sticky after being blown up.

Overhauled the Sticky Nickel's sticky effect, now it's a whole new entity that spawns with the sticky nickel. This is done so the effect will remain after the nickel is blown up but fade out after a while, like creep. As a bonus Isaac's shadow will now appear above the sticky effect.

Made Lucky Penny's green shine greener.

Minor cleanups.
