-Added CreateClientConVar( "fpsboost_dontopen", "0", true, false )

Hitting "No thanks" on the menu sets this client convar value to 1 making it so it won't auto open on join for people who don't want it to. To access it you'll have to do /fpsboost or do fpsboost_dontopen 0 in console.
