Update V1.3

Missing textures keep popping up. Hopefully this should be it for them. Clearly I need to find a better way to keep track of what custom textures I've used.

Reuploading to see if Steam starts giving the right version.

Fixed padlock in 2nd map being able to be broken.

Fixed weapons not working after respawning in 3rd map.
