NS2Panel 3.0

This mod will send round stats to NS2Panel 3.0

To install:

* Add the mod to your MapCycle.json file, the publish id is 2856795526 (without quotes)
* Go to https://ns2panel.com/register to register your account
* If you're a well known community, you'll need to contact T0by about getting your account hooked up, otherwise you'll have to go to https://ns2panel.com/user/profile to set up a new community.
* Once you've set up the community, go to https://ns2panel.com/user/api-tokens and generate a new token
* Copy the token and create a config file named NS2Panel.json in your servers config directory (./config, NOT ./config/shine), it should contain the following:
