Makes the flag of Shiba better by putting more Shiba in Shiba.
There's also a new flag for Japan if you wanted more Shiba in that too.

@☙ Ruscondil ❧ The only fix I know of is deleting your mod folder. I have no clue how to update mods with the new launcher, but the mod should work just fine as it's just a simple GFX mod.

I don't know if this is just for me, but eu4 always says that "something looks wrong with downloaded files" in the latest version. This also happens after you re-download the mod
