To make it fullscreen mouse over the screen and some things will appear, on the bottom right is full screen button just click that.

Amazingly I still have the file I used for this screenshot on my PC, it's called

ReShade 1.1.0 with SweetFX 2.0.7z

Not sure if it works with the latest versions of Remote Play or not

Sorry to reply to an OLD image, but how did you manage to get Remote Play into fullscreen?
