After Dalton kills his wife and flees skyrim he leaves his house to the next adventurer who enters.

Small player house located next to Riverwood mill

Custom journal with back story of the house

Bugs- I have not encountered any bugs as of yet but if you do spot any while using this mod please inform me.

I may add a quest to this house later on so that you can find out what happens to dalton.
Would be perfect for new characters with little money, for more higher leveled players it is a good storage dump.
