New Spell Torpedo

Kuvaus
This mod adds a new spell called torpedo which shoots a spear of ice that explodes with fire and ice on impact.
This is an adept level destruction spell.
The book can be found at the entrance of Volrunruud, near the skeleton sitting on the throne (look on the ground!).
If you can't find the book, you can easily craft the scroll at any forge.
Scroll recipe:
Charcoal x1
Paper Rollx1
Frost Salts x1
Fire Salts x1
Plz rate and enjoy :)
(P.S. the mod has been tested and there are no bugs + this spell is pretty overpowered)

cool finaly a combo spell thats just what i am looking for the ability to have more than one spell per hand this would be awesome to be able to put more spells to cast in one move since your getting better at casting and all the cost to cast are down to 0% rather than only selecting one spell for left or right turn several to the left and several to the right which might cause some new veiws of mixt spell effects
