I have used this mod since it came out. It was the first mod I got and the best I've ever had. All the storage and Mannequins are amazing. :steamhappy:

Great work. I've enjoyed this mod for years without giving it proper rating and due. Each of my characters have detailed Hideouts utilizing the ample podiums, mannequins, displays that are provided. A MUST!

I used that mod years back but stopped playing skyrim. Now i wanted to play it again and thought that there was a way into the Hideout around riverwood which i cant seem to find anymore. Is that gone or do i just have to keep looking.

Wok sorry about that. Hoping to do some VR Skyrim soon so most likely that will inspire me to put in some work on this.

any chance of an update to this mod soon? thinking about getting back in to skyrim and this mod has always been my favorite except for a couple glitches. lost some of my Dragon Priest Masks on the holder for example.

Hmm, might have to go back to the old save file it sounds like

I uninstalled both the nexusmods version and the workshop version, then reinstalled the workshop version. I started with hideout.esp and there were still no npcs and none of my stuff was there, same with renaming to hideout.esm. Both walking into the hideout from Breezehome and using "coc hideout" takes me to the same, not working, hideout. Any ideas?

Ah ok yeah that's because the nexus version use to be all screwed up because I made it before creation kit. The Nexus version was Hideout.ESM while workshop version is Hideout.ESP so most likely your save was saved on the Hideout.ESM version maybe?

Maybe change the file extention to Hideout.ESM, Load Newest Save File, Test, If that doesn't work maybe load the Hideout.ESP with Newest Save file, Test again.

I can't remember all the changes I made but if you do console command coc hideout that will bring you to the right version, you also cannot have the Hideout.ESM and the Hideout.ESP installed at same time or they will conflict.

I never deleted the ID of storage chests or mannequins or anything so nothing should be lost for good, just lost somewhere else. Id try Console command coc hideout just to insure you are going to the right zone as if there is conflicts the whole thing will double itself and make a new zone or a copy of the original IDs.

Tried an older save file, i used the Version from nexusmods before and after i started playing again i used the workshop version. I played through a mod (The Forgotten City) and wanted to go to my hideout afterwards. After installing the nexusmods version again and uninstalling the workshop version i loaded the save from last year and everything worked, but loading the save after playing through The Forgotten City makes the hideout not work anymore. Is there any way I can get it to work with the new save or do i have to continue from the old save?

Maybe worth try changing Hideout file inside mod folder from Hideout.esp to Hideout.esm or vice versa or Maybe a conflict with another mod? Maybe try an older save file? Hard to say.
