- MOD DESCRIPTION -

Decreases your Research Penalties by 50%. So you can research without being depressed, that you have such an huge empire :)
Also adds another 2 edicts, which you can use to improve your research speed in exchange for some influence.


- REASON -

While playing with nearly 50 mods together with my friends I recognised that it is nearly impossible to research all technologies. This is my solution.


- HOW TO USE -

Just play, it is already activated.
Just remember to use the edicts for more research speed.


- COMPATIBILITY -

Penalty is decreased for both all players and the AI.
AI cant use this the additional editcs.

It is savegame compatibel.

It is compatible with all other mods. It just adds a few lines to the code.
