Enthir Fix

This mod simply enables Enthir to sell his "special" stock anywhere.
It will require that Enthir be able to sell to you as a fence.

I had gotten tired of Enthir getting stuck in the Inn and having to use console commands to get him into his room all the time so I decided to fix that by letting Enthir sell his "special" stock anywhere as long as he is usable as a fence. It made sense to me that he would offer the same stock knowing that you could be trusted as a member of the thieves guild.
