You can download version 3 anytime you like but not all the maps are in it and it currently has the incorrect portal gun animations but newer versions will come. But it's fine to get now if you want it but it is a work in progress.

This is an unreleased version but there is a small team working on the 2005 version right now. They've used real files from this version and more. It's not finished but they have some builds available. http://www.moddb.com/mods/portal-prospekt
