Excalibur Umbra, for all intents and purposes, is the 'Sith' counterpart to Excalibur Prime. With that in mind, his method of obtainability is via a Quest. The first difference I would like to see is his slash-dash sounding like Shadow-Stalker's, and his ult using your current blade - has to be ablade for it to work -, like how Shadow-Stalker has it, instead of Exalted Blade, meanimg only swings drain energy.

I believe we must sacrifice our Focus powers, a normal Excalibur, maybe a few Catalysts, a Forma, maybe some Ducats? To get him, as Excal P is founders only, and never dropped.

Besides, you could put Excal P cosmetics on Umbra if you're a Founder.

Yeah, Umbra Excalibur is just with a scarf, but Prime Warframes are just Warframes with some gold parts.

You can only obtain umbra excal by using excal prime to build it. :p
