Just a simple home located underneath Reachwind Eyrie.
Feature bookshelves, mannequins, weapon racks and displaycases along with every crafting tool needed.

A Simple home beneath Reachwind Eyrie, just take the first door to the right when entering the Eyrie from the ground and continue down the stairs. No quest, no scripts, no nothing. Just a simple living space for the Dragonborn.

Large luxury living quarters with one double bed, two working bookshelves, enchanting bench, alchemist bench and a cooking spit along with two Mannequins and several display cases for your favorite weapons and armors.

Also includes a large smithy downstairs with more mannequins, weapon racks and display cases then you'll ever need. Contains the rest of the crafting objects.

BUGS AND NOTES:
Somewhat bugged lightning in the smithy, nothing big but noticable.
Bookshelves should be working flawlessly, the same goes with the weapon racks and display case.
Mannequins should also be working (that is, not walking around, moving and/or vanish) except for two mannequins that apperantly objects serving the Dragonborn. Causes of this behavior is unknown, but they have simply changed pose from the CK to Skyrim, so it should be fine.
Untested with companions, so I recommend leaving them outside for now.
