-Soul Trap(spell). Can be purchased from Dragonreach court wizard.
-Dead body of anything in the game that moves.

Method

-Kill an animal or an emeny.
-Cast Soul Trap on the dead body continuously.
-Wait one hour to refill Magicka.
-Cast Soul Trap till desired level.
-Soul Trap your way to 100 lvl.

Tips

-Activate Mage Stone.
-Wear Conjuration fortified appreal.
-Find a suitable grip on the K&M to spam cast faster.
