What are Friend Codes for?

Friend Codes are to allow other users to help you out with fighting creatures in-game.

How to use Friend Codes

Simply enter the Friend Code you wish to use into the Helpers Box that appears when you unlock a Summon Friend book. You can enter up to 2 Friend Codes here.

How Friend Codes work

Friend Codes only work when both you and your friend are in-game, this means that you have the game window actually open and not minimized. Being online is not enough, and minimizing the game window will cause the game to act as though you are not in-game. This does not however mean that you have to keep the game window full-screen, you can drag the corner of the game window to shrink it down to a smaller portion of the screen and it will still register you as in-game, you can even open other windows over top of the game window and it will still read you as being in-game. That being said this is a clicker game and clicking is required to make the little fey guy be of any use to your friends. Auto-clickers are allowed and even encouraged when your fey is not on a quest it wil actually act as an auto-clicker. Your fey is the little blue guy who comes up with annoying excuses every time he fails a quest and brings back gold instead. To use your fey as an auto-clicker he has to be on-screen and you have to stop clicking yourself. Once your fey is on-screen he will automatically click for you as long as you follow the rules above.

Can I change the Friend Codes I've put into the helpers box?

Yes, you can change them anytime you can access the Helpers Box. You can acces the Helpers Box whenever you unlock a Summon Friend book of anytime within the next 24 hours by clicking on the purple fey icon that apears on the side after you unlock a Summon Friend book.

I generally try to avoid playing the captain obvious role. It tells you this in game, thus I felt it unnecessary to put it in the guide. I wrote this guide so that others might not have to figure it out the hard way like I did, since at the time that I wrote this there weren't any guides that covered this.

One thing to note, that NONE of the Friend Code guides tell you about, is that the Summon Friend book only lasts for 24 hours.
