It must have atleast one entrance, which can be a Door or Tall Gate in a side wall, a Trap Door in the ceiling or floor, a Platform in the ceiling, floor, or side walls.

Including the frame (floor, side walls, and ceiling), a House must have at least 60 total tiles, but less than 750.

It must have a background wall in order to be suitable. Any walls crafted or mined by the player are valid.
  • Walls not placed by a player (such as naturally-occurring dirt walls) do not count, with the exception of those generated in Floating Islands, the Planked Walls found in Underground Cabins, the Living Wood Walls in Living Tree rooms, or the Sandstone Brick Walls found in Pyramid structures. Dirt walls placed by the player do work.
It must have at least one valid Light Source, Flat Surface item, and Comfort item placed within it. The items listed below will fulfill these requirements.

Stop! Hammer Time!
Obtain your first hammer via crafting or otherwise.
The easiest way to get this achievement is to craft an Wooden Hammer in a Work Bench with 8 wood.

The title is a reference to the lyric in the MC Hammer song "U Can't Touch This".
Ooo! Shiny!
Mine your first nugget of ore with a pickaxe.

Placing an ore block (even Luminite) and then mining it also grants the achievement.
Heart Breaker
Discover and smash your first heart crystal underground.
A heart crystal can be broken with a pickaxe, drill, or explosives. They can be found naturally placed in any area in the Underground layer and below, though they are fairly uncommon. Crystal hearts cannot be found in the The Underworld or the Dungeon.
Heavy Metal
Obtain an anvil made from iron or lead.
Anvils can be crafted when standing next to a Work Bench with 5 Iron or Lead Bars.
I Am Loot
Discover a golden chest underground and take a peek at its contents.

A reference to Groot's famous line "I Am Groot" from the movie Guardians of the Galaxy.
Star Power
Craft a mana crystal out of fallen stars, and consume it.
Fallen Stars are items that randomly fall from the sky at night and disappear at dawn (4:30 AM). Three of those can be crafted into an Mana Crystal. When its used it permamently increases maximum amount of mana by 20
Hold on Tight!
Equip your first grappling hook.

It needs to be in the grappling hook slot.
Eye on You
Defeat the Eye of Cthulhu, an ocular menace who only appears at night.
Eye of Cthulhu can be spawned at night with an Suspicious Looking Eye. It's crafted with 6 lenses in a demon altar.
It also has a 1/3 chance of spawn automatically each night if the following conditions apply:
  • The Eye of Cthulhu has not yet been defeated in the current world.
  • At least one player in the world has 200 life and more than 10 defense.
  • At least three Town NPCs are acquired.
When spawning automatically, its approach is signaled with the status message: "You feel an evil presence watching you..." Within 20-40 seconds of this message, the Eye of Cthulhu will appear and begin attacking the player. If the Eye of Cthulhu is not defeated by Dawn (4:30am), or if all players die or run away while fighting it, it despawns.
Smashing, Poppet!
Using explosives or your trusty hammer, smash a Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart in the evil parts of your world.
Shadow Orbs can be found in vertical chasms in corruption, and Crimson Hearts in angled chasms in crimson worlds.

Note that smashing your third Shadow Orb will summon the Eater of Worlds, and smashing your third Crimson Heart will summon the Brain of Cthulhu.
Worm Fodder
Defeat the Eater of Worlds, a massive worm whom dwells in the corruption.
The Eater of Worlds is a pre-Hardmode giant Corruption-themed worm boss. It is summoned using the Worm Food from within The Corruption, or by destroying 3 Shadow Orbs that spawn in Corruption worlds.
Mastermind
Defeat the Brain of Cthulhu, an enormous demon brain which haunts the creeping crimson.
The Brain of Cthulhu is a pre-Hardmode Crimson-themed boss. It spawns when players destroy 3 Crimson Hearts in a Crimson world, or when a player uses a Bloody Spine anywhere in a Crimson biome.
Where's My Honey?
Discover a large bee's hive deep in the jungle.
A Bee Hive is a mini-biome located in the Underground Jungle. The hive itself is made from Hive blocks; on the interior, it contains pools of Honey and typically one Larva.

Natural hive walls must be behind the player.
Note that if you destroy a Larva, you will summon the Queen Bee.
Sting Operation
Defeat the Queen Bee, the matriarch of the jungle hives.
The Queen Bee is a pre-Hardmode boss. It is summoned by breaking the Larva inside Bee Hives of the Underground Jungle, or using an Abeemination anywhere within the Jungle at either Day or Night. She is immune to the Confused debuff, and can inflict the Poisoned debuff. She is the fastest boss in-game.

Any projectile, tool, weapon, or enemy will destroy the Larva with a single hit, so caution should be taken around the Larva if the player is not ready to fight the Queen Bee.
Boned
Defeat Skeletron, the cursed guardian of the dungeon.
Skeletron is a pre-Hardmode boss. It must be defeated before travelling through the Dungeon. It is immune to the Poisoned, On Fire!, and Cursed Inferno debuffs.

Defeating Skeletron grants unlimited access to all Dungeon areas for all players. It also causes the Clothier NPC to spawn, as long as a vacant House is available.
Dungeon Heist
Steal a key from dungeon's undead denizens, and unlock one of their precious golden chests.
Golden Keys can be acquired by:
  • Finding one in an unlocked normal Chest in the Dungeon.
  • Killing a Dungeon Slime (100% chance).
  • Killing any other Dungeon enemy (1/65 chance).
  • Breaking a Pot in the Dungeon (1/40 chance).
Achievement name is a reference to the movie Tower Heist.
Note that Dungeon enemies become more powerful once Plantera is defeated.
It's Getting Hot in Here
Spelunk deep enough to reach the molten underworld.
The Underworld (also known as Hell) is the deepest layer of the world, marked by dark rock with orange lines through it near the top followed by a spacious cavern. It is a large, open cavity that stretches across the world's bottom, with a ceiling of Ash Blocks and a lower terrain of large Lava pools, Ash Blocks, and Hellstone. It also contains several Ruined Houses, which are natural structures containing unique furniture and other loot. The Underworld is considered the most challenging biome prior to Hardmode.
The Underworld starts at about 3000 feet deep in a large world, at about 2000 feet in a medium world, and at about 1300 feet deep in a small world

Reference to the song Hot In Herre.
Miner for Fire
Craft a Molten Pickaxe using the hottest of materials.
The Molten Pickaxe is the second best Pre-Hardmode pickaxe and one of the only two Pre-Hardmode tools capable of mining Hardmode ores, the other being the Reaver Shark, thus being a very essential tool. It has the convenient side benefit of emitting light, making it potentially useful even after obtaining a hardmode Drill or Pickaxe.

The Molten Pickaxe can be crafted next to an Iron or Lead Anvil with 20 Hellstone Bars
Still Hungry
Defeat the Wall of Flesh, the master and core of the world who arises after a great, burning sacrifice.
The Wall of Flesh is a pre-Hardmode boss, and is spawnable only in The Underworld. It is considered to be the most difficult boss before entering Hardmode. Once defeated, the world permanently converts to Hardmode.
The Wall of Flesh is summoned when a Guide Voodoo Doll is dropped into lava in The Underworld while the Guide is alive (this must be done in The Underworld; lava in any other layer will not summon the Wall of Flesh). This will kill the Guide. It can be done either by killing a Voodoo Demon who carries the Doll while it flies above a lava pool, or by picking up a dropped Guide Voodoo Doll and throwing it into the lava manually.
It's Hard!
Unleash the ancient spirits of light and darkness across your world, enabling much stronger foes and showering the world with dazzling treasures (and rainbows!).
You must defeat the Wall of Flesh in a pre-Hardmode world.
Begone, Evil!
Smash a demon or crimson altar with a powerful, holy hammer.
The "powerful, holy hammer" in question is Pwnhammer dropped by Wall of Flesh.

Any hammer with a hammer power of 80 will do, as long as the Altar is destroyed (can only be done in Hardmode)
Extra Shiny!
Mine a powerful ore that has been newly blessed upon your world.
The ores that were intended to be mined are cobalt, palladinium, mythril, orichalcum, adamantite and titanium but you can also get it by mining chlorophyte and luminite.

You can place down any Hardmode ore and mine it to get the achievement.
Head in the Clouds
Equip a pair of wings.

List of wings that can be used:
http://terraria.gamepedia.com/Wings
Like a Boss
Obtain a boss-summoning item.
A list of boss-summoning items that will unlock the achievement:
  • Slime Crown (King Slime)
  • Suspicious Looking Eye (Eye of Cthulhu)
  • Worm Food (Eater of Worlds)
  • Bloody Spine (Brain of Cthulhu)
  • Abeemination (Queen Bee)
  • Guide Voodoo Doll (Wall of Flesh)
  • Mechanical Eye (The Twins)
  • Mechanical Worm (The Destroyer)
  • Mechanical Skull (Skeletron Prime)
  • Lihzahrd Power Cell (Golem)
  • Truffle Worm (Duke Fishron)
  • Celestial Sigil (Moon Lord)
Buckets of Bolts
Defeat the three nocturnal mechanical menaces: the Twins, the Destroyer, and Skeletron Prime.
The Twins are a Hardmode Mechanical Boss which is essentially a harder version of the Eye of Cthulhu. The Twins are two separate flying entities connected by a tendril, each with its own attack pattern and life count. Both must be killed in order to defeat the boss.
The Twins are summoned using the Mechanical Eye at night, and must be defeated before dawn, otherwise they despawn. If an Altar has been destroyed, they also have a chance of spawning on a random night if they have not been defeated yet. Their approach is signaled at dusk via the chat message, "This is going to be a terrible night..."

The Destroyer is a Hardmode Mechanical Boss which is essentially a harder version of the Eater of Worlds. Like the Eater of Worlds, The Destroyer is a very large Worm. Though it appears to be similarly made up of many segments, individual segments cannot die, and The Destroyer will not split apart into multiple enemies. The entire body has a single shared health bar, and The Destroyer will remain at full size until it is killed.
The Destroyer can spawn randomly on any given night once a demon or crimson altar has been smashed, as long as it has not yet been defeated in the current world. It can also be summoned manually using a Mechanical Worm at night. Night time is the only condition required for summoning (unlike Eater of Worlds, which requires a Corruption biome). Its arrival is announced by one of two messages: "You feel a quaking from deep underground..." or "You feel vibrations from deep below...." It must be killed before dawn, otherwise it will despawn. If this message pops up and you log out, it will not spawn.

Skeletron Prime is a Hardmode Mechanical Boss which is essentially a harder version of Skeletron. It is summoned with the Mechanical Skull at night. Players have until dawn to defeat it. Skeletron Prime can also randomly spawn at dusk in Hardmode if it has not yet been defeated, in this case signaling its approach via the status message, "You feel the air getting colder around you..." or "The air is getting colder around you...".
Drax Attax
Craft a drax or Pickaxe Axe using hallowed bars, and the souls of the three mechanical bosses.
To craft Drax or Pickaxe Axe you'll need 18 Hallowed Bars, 1 Soul of Might, 1 Soul of Sight, 1 Soul of Fright.
Photosynthesis
Mine chlorophyte, an organic ore found deep among the thickest of flora.
In hardmode chlorophyte ores will grow from Mud Blocks in the underground jungle. A pickaxe or drill with at least 200% pickaxe power is required to mine it, meaning it requires the Pickaxe Axe or Drax at the very least, whose materials require killing all 3 mechanical bosses.

Placing Chlorophyte Ore down and then mining it also grants the achievement.
Get a Life
Consume a Life Fruit, which grows in the thick of subterranean jungle grass.
Life Fruits are a Hardmode type of plant that grows on Jungle Grass in the Underground Jungle. Once harvested and used, a Life Fruit permanently increases the player's health capacity by 5, turning one of the hearts in the player's health meter golden. Life Fruits will only grow after a Mechanical Boss has been defeated.

Using a character that already has 500 life will not work.
Is a pun on Life Fruit and the common taunt "Get a life".
The Great Southern Plantkill
Defeat Plantera, the overgrown monstrosity of the jungle's depths.
Plantera is a Hardmode boss that can be fought after all three Mechanical Bosses (The Destroyer, Skeletron Prime, and The Twins) have been defeated. Once this happens, Plantera's Bulbs will begin to spawn in the Underground Jungle biome. Destroying one of these bulbs requires a Pickaxe or a Drill or the Clentaminator, and upon doing so, Plantera will spawn immediately with the message, "Plantera has awoken!"

Can only be summoned once the three Mechanical Bosses have been defeated.
A reference to Pantera's eighth album, The Great Southern Trendkill.
Temple Raider
Breach the impenetrable walls of the jungle temple.
Mine Lihzahrd Bricks from the Jungle Temple with a Picksaw or a better pickaxe.
Lihzahrdian Idol
Defeat Golem, the stone-faced ritualistic idol of the lihzahrd tribe.
Golem is a Hardmode, post-Plantera boss found in the Jungle Temple. It can only be fought after Plantera has been defeated in the current world. Golem is summoned by using on the Lihzahrd Altar, located in the final Jungle Temple chamber, while at least one Lihzahrd Power Cell is in the player's inventory. One Lihzahrd Power Cell is contained within each of the Jungle Temple's Lihzahrd Chests, and can be dropped rarely by Lihzahrd enemies. Golem spawns directly above the Altar.
Robbing the Grave
Obtain a rare treasure from a difficult monster in the dungeon.
Pick up a weapon dropped by any post-Plantera enemy in the Dungeon.
List of items that will unlock the achievement:
  • Keybrand
  • Magnet Sphere
  • Shadowbeam Staff
  • Rocket Launcher
  • Paladin's Hammer
  • Spectre Staff
  • Sniper Rifle
  • Inferno Fork
  • Tactical Shotgun
Big Booty
Unlock one of the dungeon's large, mysterious chests with a special key.
Biome Keys are Hardmode items used to open Biome Chests. Though unusable until Plantera is defeated, they can be dropped at any time during Hardmode. On the Desktop version, each key has a 0.04% (1/2500) chance of dropping from an enemy in the key's respective biome.
Biome Chests are Hardmode, post-Plantera Chests found within the Dungeon. Each contains one specific rare, powerful weapon, in addition to other miscellaneous items. While Biome Chests are placed during world creation, they are initially locked and can only be opened with an appropriate Biome Key, which will only become available in Hardmode.
Fish Out of Water
Defeat Duke Fishron, mutant terror of the sea.
Duke Fishron is a Hardmode boss summoned by fishing with a Fishing Pole using Truffle Worms as bait in the Ocean. The Truffle Worm is a rare critter that must be caught with the Bug Net or Golden Bug Net in an Underground Mushroom Biome. Once the bobber bobs, reeling the line in spawns Duke Fishron, who emerges from the water, pauses for a moment, and then lunges at the player. Summoning Duke Fishron does not require that any other bosses have been defeated beforehand. However, a world must be in Hardmode in order to obtain the Truffle Worm used to summon him. You can summon Duke Fishron in a pre-hardmode world via getting a Truffle Worm in a Hardmode world.
Obsessive Devotion
Defeat the Ancient Cultist, fanatical leader of the dungeon coven.
The Lunatic Cultist is a Hardmode, post-Golem boss summoned by killing the Cultists that spawn at the Dungeon's entrance after Golem is defeated.

Note that this will initiate the Lunar Events.
Star Destroyer
Defeat the four Celestial Towers of the moon.
The Celestial Towers (aka Pillars) are four bosses that appear during the Lunar Events, at 4 predetermined spots on the map (2 at the west and 2 at the east). The Pillars are spawned when the Lunatic Cultist has been defeated. The 4 Celestial Towers are the Vortex Pillar, the Stardust Pillar, the Nebula Pillar and the Solar Pillar. The craftable gear from each Pillar correspond to the 4 main classes in the game; Vortex for ranged, Stardust for summoner, Nebula for magic, and Solar for melee. The Celestial Towers all drop between 12 - 90 fragments each, associated with their theme, depending on the world mode.

Note that defeating all four Towers will summon the Moon Lord.
Champion of Terraria
Defeat the Moon Lord.
Moon Lord is a Hardmode, post-Lunatic Cultist boss. It is Terraria's final boss. It appears at the conclusion of the Lunar Events, once the final Celestial Tower is defeated. It can also be summoned manually using a Celestial Sigil.
Bloodbath
Survive a blood moon, a nocturnal event where the rivers run red and monsters swarm aplenty.
A Blood Moon is a common randomly occurring event that takes place over the course of an entire night (7:30 p.m-4:30 a.m). It causes several hazards for its duration: Enemy spawns increase, even near the player's Home and NPCs (where enemies do not normally spawn), Zombies become able to open Doors, and Bunnies, Penguins, and Goldfish transform into dangerous enemies, along with other effects (see below). Blood Moons are signaled by the message "The Blood Moon is rising..." in the lower left corner of the screen, and the moon, sky, water, and rain will appear red for the duration of the event. A reddish-pink filter will also be present in all above-ground areas.
A Blood Moon will only occur if at least one player in the world has at least 120 life, and only on nights when a moon is present (any night except a new moon). Given those criteria, a Blood Moon has a 1 in 9 chance (11.11%) of occurring. Without taking the current moon into consideration, there is an overall chance of approximately 1 in 10 (1/9 * 7/8 = 7/72, or 9.72%). Though it is not that simple, so do not always rely on the numbers.
Slippery Shinobi
Defeat King Slime, the lord of all things slimy.
The King Slime is a pre-Hardmode boss. As the boss name would suggest, it's a very large slime. It is roughly 5x larger than the Rainbow Slime (the largest ordinary slime).
King Slime spawns under one of the following conditions:
  • A player uses a Slime Crown.
  • A certain number of Slimes are killed during the Slime Rain event.
  • Randomly in the two outer thirds of the map (never in the center third)
Goblin Punter
Triumph over a goblin invasion, a ragtag regiment of crude, barbaric, pointy-eared warriors and their shadowflame sorcerers.
The Goblin Army (also known as the Goblin Invasion) is an Event when unique Goblin enemies spawn in waves. A Goblin Invasion has a random chance of occurring at any particular dawn, if the criteria stated below are met. It can also be triggered manually using a Goblin Battle Standard.
The criteria for a Goblin Invasion to occur at all are as follows:
  • It must be daytime.
  • At least one Shadow Orb or Crimson Heart must have been destroyed.
  • At least one player must have 200 health or more.
  • There must be no Goblin Invasion already in progress.
Even if the player has not smashed an orb or heart, they can use a Goblin Battle Standard to manually summon the event, as long as the player meets the health requirement. This can allow unusually early access to the Goblin Tinkerer.
Walk the Plank
Triumph over a pirate invasion, a group of pillagers from the sea out for your booty... and your life!
The Pirate Invasion is a Hardmode event where Pirate enemies spawn and swarm the world's original spawn point. A Pirate Invasion can occur randomly after certain conditions are met, or alternatively when the player uses a Pirate Map.
The criteria for a random Pirate Invasion to occur is as follows:
  • No other events are currently in progress.
  • The Wall of Flesh must have been defeated.
  • At least one Altar must be destroyed.
  • The player must have at least 200 max life (if the player doesn't meet this requirement, the Pirate Map will not work).

Defeating your first Pirate Invasion unlocks the Pirate NPC.
Kill the Sun
Survive a Solar Eclipse, a day darker than night filled with creatures of horror.
A Solar Eclipse is a Hardmode event that occurs rarely after at least one Mechanical Boss has been defeated. A Solar Eclipse has a 1/20 (5%) chance of occurring on any particular day. On the Desktop version, it is also possible to summon a Solar Eclipse using a Solar Tablet (crafted from Solar Tablet Fragments dropped by Lihzahrds and Flying Snakes in the Jungle Temple).
Do You Want to Slay a Snowman?
Triumph over the Frost Legion, a festive family of maniacal snowman mobsters.
The Frost Legion is a Hardmode event during which unique Snowman enemies spawn and swarm a player's spawn point, similar to the Goblin Army (though much harder). It is summoned using the Snow Globe, and rewards the player with the Santa Claus NPC.
  • The Frost Legion must be summoned using the Snow Globe. It is acquired from Presents obtained during the Christmas seasonal event (December 15th-31st). Presents must be opened specifically in a Hardmode world to get a Snow Globe.
  • Unlike the Goblin Army, the Frost Legion can only be summoned by the player, using the Snow Globe. The Legion will never invade on its own.
  • It is not necessary for the Christmas seasonal event to be active for the Frost legion to be summoned (it is only needed to acquire Presents).
  • It is not necessary for Hardmode to be active for the Frost legion to be summoned, or for the Santa Claus NPC to move in (it is only needed to obtain Snow Globes)
  • Because the Frost Legion enemies are intended for Hardmode armor and weapons, it is not advisable for those without such gear to summon a Frost Legion.

Reference to the movie Frozen.
Tin-Foil Hatter
Triumph over a Martian Invasion, when beings from out of this world come to scramble your brains and probe you in uncomfortable places.
Martian Madness is a Hardmode, post-Golem invasion-style event that includes several alien-themed enemies. It can be triggered only after Golem has been defeated. Martian Madness is triggered by a Martian Probe, which spawns randomly in the two outer thirds of the map horizontally (with a higher spawn chance in the Space layer). When this small flying enemy detects a player or is attacked, it immediately attempts to fly away. If the Probe is allowed to escape without being destroyed by players, the Martian Madness event begins.
Baleful Harvest
Reach the 15th wave of a pumpkin moon, where evil lurks among the autumn harvest.
The Pumpkin Moon is a Hardmode, post-Plantera Halloween-themed event (not to be confused with the Halloween seasonal event) summoned with the Pumpkin Moon Medallion any time at night and ends at dawn (4:30AM). During the event, unique and highly difficult enemies spawn at high rates and attack the player. It is similar to the Frost Moon event, but less difficult. Visually, the moon turns into a jack-o-lantern, though remaining in its current phase. Unique music also plays.
Ice Scream
Reach the 15th wave of a frost moon, where the festive season quickly degrades into madness.
The Frost Moon is a post-Plantera Christmas-themed event summoned with the Naughty Present at night, and ending at dawn (4:30 a.m.). It can be summoned any time of year, and does not require the actual Christmas season. During the event, unique and highly difficult enemies spawn at high rates and attack the player. It is similar to the Pumpkin Moon event, but more difficult. Visually, the moon turns into a snowman head, though remaining in its current phase. Unique music also plays.
Sticky Situation
Survive the Slime Rain, where gelatinous organisms fall from the sky in droves.
Slime Rain is a minor event that consists of frequent spawns of Green, Blue and Purple Slime and rarely Pinky. It has a random chance of occurring, signaling its beginning with the message "Slime is falling from the sky!". This rain continues until 150 slimes have been defeated, at which point King Slime will spawn; if King Slime has previously been defeated, he will spawn after only 75 kills. The event ends shortly after he is defeated. This event can happen simultaneously to a Blood Moon, the two series of monsters spawning together.

NPC needed for the achievement:
Not the Bees!
Fire a Bee Gun while wearing a full set of Bee armor.
The Bee Gun is a magic weapon that fires 1-4 homing bee projectiles that can ricochet up to three times before dissipating, and homes in on enemies within close enough range and latches on to them, dealing constant damage. Despite having a base damage of only 9, the Bee Gun can easily overwhelm enemies if the right gear is used. The bees shot from this weapon do not deal any knockback. It has a 33% chance to be dropped by Queen Bee.

Bee armor is an armor set that offers Minion boosts. It is the only minion-boost gear available prior to Hardmode. Wearing the full set increases the wearer's minion capacity by 2 (to a total of 3), along with granting +23% minion damage (13% from individual pieces and a 10% set bonus).
Crafting all pieces requires a total of 30 Bee Wax, which is a 100% drop from the Queen Bee boss. Bee Wax drops in stacks of 16-26 each time; crafting the entire set therefore requires defeating Queen Bee 2 times.

Do not confuse Bee armor with the Bee costume.
Reference to Nicholas Cage in the movie The Wicker Man.
Jeepers Creepers
Stumble into a spider cavern in the underground.
Spider Nests (Spider caverns) are mini-biomes located underground, noted by the black background wall and the numerous Cobwebs filling the area. The Cobwebs rapidly grow back, which is a unique feature of the biome. Spider Nests can rarely contain Web Covered Chests, which they may generate with during world creation. The bound Stylist NPC can spawn here.
Funkytown
Build or encounter a glowing mushroom field above the surface.
A Mushroom biome is a biome consisting of Mushroom Grass on Mud blocks, where Glowing Mushrooms grow, and dangerous enemies spawn. Giant glowing mushrooms can grow to significant heights if room is allowed for them to grow, and will regenerate if chopped down. Most elements of a Mushroom biome emit a faint glow, including its Mushrooms, Grass, and Giant Mushrooms, along with some of its enemies. The Truffle NPC requires a house in a Mushroom biome.
Surface Mushroom biomes do not generate naturally. They must be created by the player. The sun is removed from Mushroom biomes, making the light level as low as it is at night, even during daytime hours. Their background depicts towering mushrooms. Surface Mushroom biomes can be created by planting Mushroom Grass Seeds in Mud. The Dryad sells Mushroom Grass Seeds if her house resides in a Mushroom biome, or they can drop randomly from harvesting Glowing Mushrooms. In Hardmode, the Clentaminator can also create a Mushroom biome via Dark Blue Solution.

Requires 200 mushroom biome blocks.

There are Some Who Call Him...
Kill Tim.
Tim is a rare enemy found in the lower Cavern layer. With an appearance similar to Dark Casters, he can be distinguished by his Wizard Hat, which is guaranteed to drop when he is defeated. Like other casters, Tim will fire three Chaos Balls that pass through solid blocks before teleporting to another visible location on screen.

Reference to Tim the Enchanter from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and his quote "There are some who call me... Tim."
Deceiver of Fools
Kill a nymph.
The Nymph is a very rare enemy that spawns in the Cavern layer. When encountered, she appears as the Lost Girl, who seems to be a helpless NPC in need of rescue. When a player gets close, she transforms and attacks as the Nymph, a dangerous enemy that deals high damage (for a pre-Hardmode enemy)

Needs to be killed in Nymph form. Killing a Lost Girl before it transforms into a Nymph will not count.
Sword of the Hero
Obtain a Terra Blade, forged from the finest blades of light and darkness.
The Terra Blade is a Hardmode projectile sword. It auto-swings, firing a green bolt projectile that costs no mana or ammunition and can pierce through two enemies, dissipating upon impacting a third. The projectile can travel up to 5000 feet (2500 blocks) at a speed of 68 mph. This projectile will only be stopped due to hitting a wall or hitting 3 enemies. It will graphically disappear upon leaving the player's screen but will be visible again if they teleport in its direction. The projectile does equal damage to the sword, but if both are used at the same time it can do almost double the damage.

Its crafted with True Night's Edge and True Excalibur.

@layzer I'm aware. Considering you are still active though, I suggest you add the missing achievements such as "Rainbows and Unicorns" and "Benched".

A quick way to get the achievement "The frequent flyer" is to drink the mana potion and immediately cancel the debuff at the nurse. About 13 or 14 canceled debuffs to obtain the achievement (not counting what you have spent on it so far).
