Reinforced Dragonplate Armor

Popis
A small modification that adds a new, slightly better, but harder to smith, version of Dragonplate armor.

Background:

I felt that Dragonplate armor should be the best armor in the game considering that the game is about dragons, and dragon armor is the last armor type you learn how to craft.

Armor:

The armor itself isn't different aesthetically than regular Dragonplate armor, and is only slightly better than Daedric armor; It isn't overpowered, and fits nicely into the game.

Crafting:

The recipies require more materials than normal Dragonplate armor recipies, such as: more dargon scales, more dragon bones, more leather strips, and ebony ore.

@Barry 'Schmül' Clampton I can't guarantee that your problem isn't caused by this mod, but it seems unlikely to me as all I did when making it was copy Dragonplate armor to make a new armor set and buff the numbers/crafting requirements.

It is really awesome to see someone is still using a mod that I made six years ago, though, and I hope you find what the problem is.

Not sure whether this is caused by this mod but I can't seem to upgrade dragonplate armour or weapons at the workbench/grindstone, anyone else have this problem or knows which mod causes it?

do what johnnyhitman411 said but add a dragon skull as one of the shoulder pieces

you should fill in the gaps in between the arms, legs, neck and Add metal to the mouth part of the helm(make men's beards not show through it)

Love the idea - nice and simple. Not overcomplicated and addressing the issue that I'm sure has bugged a lot of people for a while now. Brilliant!

Sounds good, and I totally agree that the DragonPlate Armour Should be a standout, to be honest I was really hoping for something with greater depth. The overall design is great & it's fantastic that there are so many mods out there. Thanks to everyone for your dedication & skills.

Not a terrible idea, but it would only really make a difference for someone with a low Heavy armour skill. Once you start getting some points into Heavy armour, and assuming they've been upgraded by a master blacksmith, pretty much all the Heavy armours are capable providing enough armour points to reach the damage reduction cap. Any armour points over that don't do anything, meaning heavy armour choice at high levels can be entirely cosmetic.

yeah i was dissatisfied with the quality of the armor once i was able to craft it the first time around...ebony was so sleek and black, daedric so evil and scary, dragon so...boring and weak...ty for an improvement...i wont install until my new game and toon are prepared for it, just in case it causes any compatibility conflicts with anything else. :D

Nice, I love dragonplate plate armor and hated that daedric was better.

My heavy armor skill isn't maxed out, so the armor rating in the pictures may be misleading.
