Yes there are multiple Toypolis locations in the game but none of them overwrite one another like Panique Cave which makes one of the baseballs and a couple of medals missable which requires a New Game+ playthrough.
I hope that answered that all your questions as it's been 3 YEARS since I've last played this game and I don't feel like starting the game from scratch at the moment to prove/disprove statements about whether Symbol Crusher GET! can be unlocked from a New Game+ playthrough or the 1st.
And I'm NOT an impatient gamer as I wouldn't have created this guide in the first place which took much longer than beating the actual game itself. I don't appreciate cheap shots and I sure as hell didn't misunderstand that one.
1. I'll have to look more into that as I still got it on my 1st playthrough without New Game+. Whether Time Eater needs to be defeated just once to unlock it is still up in the air
2. Paradise is s pointless achievement that's just meant to pad the game like the Millionaire achievements in the Re;Birth Trilogy and other titles that have Lily Rank jargon like Action Unleashed and Hyperdevotion Noire where the process exceeds that actual game in playtime.
+1. The game keeps tracks of baseballs in the Key Item section but it DOES NOT when it comes to dungeon completion which only keeps track of all medals collected in an area.
Game Genie was a cheating device from back in the day. I know some Neptunia gamers like using Cheat Engine and trainer programs to pull off the impossible or breeze through the games with no effort.
+1. If you're talking about the very first fight, the game will end with the Bad Ending if you do manage (impossible on 1st playthrough without intense grinding or cheats) to defeat Time Eater.
Beating Time Eater after the first encounter will always grant the Normal Ending if the True Ending requirements weren't met and losing during this battle will grant a game over. Only the True Ending and Bad Ending send you back to the beginning.
1. I got Symbol Crusher GET! on my first playthrough after reaching Obs Lv. 25 so I don't know what your case is. There's a few oddities that happen in all the PC ports of Neptunia titles which means the guide isn't to blame. I have yet to see anyone else mention this besides yourself
2. The paradise achievement is pointless grinding which is common theme in some of the titles. It's not the most difficult but very tedious in the process. The baseball and medal achievement is very easy but the only problem is the game DOESN'T keep track of how many baseballs were collection along with Panique Cave being missable due to 2 versions of the area existing which overwrite the other. Doesn't help that the achievement is bugged on Steam.
No problem man :D
Here goes another one I found while trying to get Time Bangle. It can be found on Virtua Forest (DC) as well, it doesn't have any effects.
