Money Balance Mut Version 2 (Whitelisted!)

The mutator is whitelisted!
So you can give you unlimited money in a normal perked match!

With this Mutator you can make with the Money in Game whatever you want!
It includes over 6 Mutators in One big Mutator.
Give or take Players every x Seconds Money on linear or exponential mode. And it Include Balance value at what it's automatical changing.
Follow Mutators it's including:
- ESWMoneyBalanceMut
* exponential growth/reduction
* linear growth/reduction
* Is automatical changing at a specific Value (Perfect automatical Balance for a Server!)
- UnlimitedDoshMut
- NoDoshMut
- RespawnCashMut
- CashNoBugMut (if Money is negative it's going to 0)
- TooMuchCashMut (if a Player has a specific value set the Money to a specific Amount)

Important to know is that Killing Floor a 32-Bit Game is and that's why are Numbers limited to 2^31 = 2147483648
