Speedrunner II Guide.

This is how you get the Speedrunner II Medal, Unlocking the GG EZ Achievement

Introduction

Hi! This guide will help you get the Speedrunner II medal. You do need to grind a little bit before you attempt this medal. Be sure you have the correct items to complete this guide.

Requirements:

• The Glider - ( to unlock this body you need to use the code "ThisIsAnAwesomeCode" it is case sensitive and to enter the code. From the home screen go: Extras > Redeem code )
  NOTE: If when you click "Redeem code" your game freezes, reload your game and go into options ( top left corner from the home screen ) and change the render quality. Change it back when you enter the code if you wish.
  
  
• Pingu Balloon and Solar Turbine - If you don't already have these items from the card packs from completing the modes you really need to. It will also give you BP you need ( I suggest upgrading the fidelity card in the bonus shop early on if you are a near-beginner ).
  
  
• Omega Pengiun body - To get this you need to reach 100,000K height with the default body and you will get the pengiun in space medal and the body.
  
  
• You may need to use the speedifier consumable. But if you have enough levels in BP you shouldn't need it.
  
  
• I highly suggest unlocking the time warp as using the solar turbine is very slow, although it is absolutely not necessary. If you do not have it using the code "TimeSureDoesFly" ( see above for directions how to unlock codes if you don't know how ).
  
  
• At least every bonus item to max level ( no overleveling ) I AM CURRENTLY SEEING HOW MANY OVERLEVELED YOU NEED BUT I HIGHLY SUGGEST MAXING FIDELITY CARD TO MAX +30 AND THEN MAXING BOOST INCOME TO MAX +30 AT MINIMUM. I completed this with all bonus shop items Max +30 so there is no telling what the minimum is.
  
  

Day: 1

For day 1 you should start with $50. If you do not start with $50 you need to get all the long-term investment medals by earning certain amounts of money and you will be rewarded with the extra starting cash.

• Launcher: Spring (LVL 2)
  
  
• Stages: RC Helicopter (LVL 2)
  
  
• Boosts: Empty
  
  After Day 1: I got to 15K height and made $550. If you do not get this much that is okay you just need enough to afford the upgrades for the next day ( this applies to all days )
  
  

Day: 2

• Body: Crate (LVL 4)
  
  
• Launcher: Slingshot
  
  
• Stages: RC Helicopter Max LVL - RC Helicopter (Max LVL)
  
  
• Boosts: Propeller (LVL 1-2)
  
  After Day 2: I made $4,000 after Day 2 and I reached 67K height.
  
  

Day: 3

• Body: Ejector Seat (LVL 3) ( you need this so you have 3 stage slots )
  
  
• Launcher: Slingshot ( after you max propellers, upgrade this as much as you can. I was able to get to LVL 4 )
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine - Solar Turbine - Pulse Jet.
  
  
• Boosts: Propeller (Max LVL)
  
  After Day 3: I made $19,000 and made it to height 199K

Day: 4

Please read this day and day 5 before you try them.

• Body: Glider (LVL 7 - Max) (If you cannot afford this level glider, then stay with the ejector seat.)
  
  
• Launcher: Steamshot (LVL 2)
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine (LVL 4) - Solar Turbine (LVL 4) - Solar Turbine (LVL 4) --- Focus this first.
  
  
• Boosts: Propeller (LVL Max) - Propeller (LVL Max) - Propeller (LVL Max)
  
  After Day 4: I made $60,000 on Day 4 and made it to height 521K.

Day: 5

This is where you want to round up from the day before if you are lagging behind, make sure you have the previous day correct until you start upgrading and focusing these parts, take an extra day if you need or use a speedifier on Day 4 if you aren't getting close enough.

• Body: Glider (Max LVL)
  
  
• Launcher: Steamshot (LVL 5)
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine (LVL 9) - Solar Turbine (LVL 9) - Solar Turbine (LVL 9) - Solar Turbine (LVL 9)
  You just want to level out your Solar Turbines the most that you can, I got to level 9 luckily and that's what dictated the rest of my upgrades. You may only get to LVL 7
  
  
• Boosts: Propeller (LVL Max) - Propeller (LVL Max) - Propeller (LVL Max)
  
  After Day 5: I made $118,000 and made it to height 889K

Day: 6

• Body: Glider (Max LVL + 5)
  
  
• Launcher: Steamshot (LVL 10 or whatever you can afford.)
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine (Max LVL) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL)
  Again, you want to keep this as up as you can, and then dictate the rest based off of that.
  
  
• Boosts: Fuel Canister (LVL 2-3) - Fuel Canister (LVL 2-3) - Pingu Balloon (Max LVL)
  It is important here to get the Pingu Balloon up because it lowers the weight that the Fuel canister adds, and it may not seem like alot but it really does make a difference.
  
  After Day 6: I made $200,000 and made it to height 1.482K (Million)

Day: 7

(Ignore the excess of money I have here, I messed up and didn't screenshot it the first time so I had to go back and do it again)

You really need to make sure you are rounding your money out, if you are nowhere near my levels then you need to go back and upgrade more in the BP shop. Also this is where it gets brutally slow. So if you don't have Fast Forward buckle up.

• Body: Glider (Max LVL + 5)
  
  
• Launcher: Steamshot (Max LVL + whatever you can afford after Solar Turbine)
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 7) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 7) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 7) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 7)
  You should be somewhere in the neighbourhood of +5-+7 if you are sitting more at +5 you should use speedifier. Use your own judgement if you don't think you can make it.
  
  
• Boosts: Fuel Canister (LVL 2-3) - Fuel Canister (LVL 2-3) - Pingu Balloon (Max LVL + 10)
  I just upgraded the Pingu because I had leftover $$$
  
  After Day 7: I made $348,000 and made it to height 1.927M

Day: 8

• Body: Omega Pengiun (Max LVL)
  If you cannot afford it Max LVL do not change from the Glider.
  
  
• Launcher: Steamshot (Max LVL + 10)
  
  
• Stages: Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 13) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 12) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 12) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 12)
  
  
• Boosts: Fuel Canister (LVL 4) - Fuel Canister (LVL 4) - Fuel Canister (LVL 4) - Pingu Balloon (Max LVL + 10)
  
  After Day 8: I made $541,000 and made it to height 2.590M

Day: 9

(Screenshotted a little early here and didn't notice it, but it's okay, the correct upgrades are down there VVV

• Boosts: Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Pingu Balloon (Max LVL + 11) ( Instead of Pingu Balloon, use Dark matter )
  
  After Day 9: I made it to height 3.230 ( I would have finished but I forgot about the dark matter )

Day 10:

• Stages: Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 29) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 29)- Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 28) - Solar Turbine (Max LVL + 28)
  
  
• Boosts: Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Fuel Canister (LVL 6) - Dark Matter ( Max LVL +30)
  Maxing Dark matter here is not crucial.
  
  And there you go! that should do it!

This should work for you, if it does not just keep grinding that BP and max your stats out. This may not be the most optimized build but after a while of searching this is what I pieced together. that would take to much time just to get the BP also i spent all of my BP on max LVL + 100 BP generator that gives a tiny amount per day so yeah i cant do it
