Simple Creation of Complex QQ Bangs

For those who don't know, QQ Bangs are items that override the stats given to your character by your equipment multiplied by 4. It is created by combining two pieces of armor and an optional mixing item to give you a mixture of the two items stats plus a bit of randomness thrown in. While this much is common knowledge, there are few guides that go into how to get optimized QQ Bangs, and due to this many settle on +15/-15 level 5 QQ Bangs or level 4 QQ Bangs. While I won't be telling you how to get specific QQ Bangs, I hope to give you the tools necessary to create your own.

Creating a personalized QQ Bang

More often than not you get the best results in crafting in games when you mix the best items together, because logically the best items (rank 5 clothes in this case) should yield the best results, but sadly QQ Bangs do not operate under this logic. A level 5 item will more often than not mess up the stat allocation. While I have only tested this with level 5 items that give +15/-15 stats, if a level 5 piece of equipment is used then it will almost certainly yield those stats if a level 5 QQ Bang results in the merging.

You do not have to settle for stat alterations that take as much as they give though. So, if you can't use a level 5 item without it messing up you might be wondering how you can optimize your stats. While not an expert by any sense of the word, I have found a simple concept I've rarely if ever seen brought up - you can, infact, get QQ Bangs of a higher level than the items you put in. Two level 4 items mixed with a Senzu Beansprout (rank 5) or an Ultimate Mix Capsule (rank 4) could result in a level 5 QQ Bang being created. These QQ Bangs will more than likely give you +14 (+5, +5, +4) to +15 (+5 x 3) in stat bonuses and -9 to -12 in stat reductions. While -9 is exceedingly rare, -10s are quite common in the grand scheme of things.

It is also important to keep in mind that stat outputs are very much determined by inputs. If both items inserted give a bonus to one stat then there's a good chance that stat will be given a bonus, and likewise a mutual reduction will give a reduction to that stat in the output. Granted, I haven't exactly kept tabs on what made what, and I remember being very much baffled by some of the stat outputs I got from time to time so there is infact a bit of randomness thrown in to the resulting QQ Bang, but for the most part certain combinations will yield similar if not identical results, with some outliers.

I'm no expert, but in the last week I've constructed at least 30 level 5 QQ Bangs in this manner and have found my experience in QQ Bang crafting to be helpful to a number of my friends. I hope this short guide helps you craft a QQ Bang suitable, if not perfect, for your character.



EDIT: I noticed something interesting while playing. There was a user online who had a +15/-8 QQ Bang. While I've heard that -9 is the best negative you can get on a level 5 QQ Bang that seems like a random thing to hack in so I thought I'd mention that it could be possible.

If your wanting an all around QQ Bang, stick to making Lvl 3. You can get all positives, 1 or 2 +2s with the rest +1, not anything crazy but its worth mentioning

Also if you see someone with all +5s, they used a save editor to make it.

QQ bangs are made at random. Does not matter what equipment you use. I made one a level 3 that gives me +3 Ki, +2 Stamina, +1 Basic Atk, +4 Strike Supers while getting +0 on Health and -5 at Ki Blasts. And I fused 2 items that were exactly the same. Just switched between Ultimate Mix Capsule, Seanzu Beansprout and one of the badges. There are certain times where you can get a really good one, by fusing the same items. Just like levels, QQ bangs require a bit of grinding to get what you want.

No matter how you'll try there's probably no qq bangs could give you +5 for all categories. The reason why it's playable is allowing us to try different ways making them so qq bangs are originally designed to balance character's attributes so that CAC have some sort of concentration, like what they're good at most. The best way to get an all+5 qq bang is through modding, not possible to make in the actual game.

I was able to make one that has 0 health +5 ki +5 stamina - 5 basic attack -5 strike supers +5 ki supers. not sure if it was known yet that it is possible. I used the goku tracksuit, towa's clothes, and senzu beansprout
