Mission 1: A Long Day in Dunwall
  • Samuel Beechworth's Carving: Get the ring and open Emily's saferoom, the wooden boat is in the first alcove on a shelf right above the bed inside the room.
Mission 2: Edge of the World
  • Elite Helmet: Eliminate an elite guard (red jacket) wearing a helmet lethally or non-lethally, at any time during this mission. The item will be automatically added to your souvenirs, so don't worry about the fact that you can't pick up the helmet.
Mission 3: The Good Doctor
  • Syringe: Eliminate Dr. Hypatia non-lethally, using the counter-serum (just like the non-lethal path suggests). To unlock the quest markers for the non-lethal path, get in the room behind her and talk to the severely wounded man.
This souvenir is impossible if you want to kill her though.
Mission 4: The Clockwork Mansion
  • Clockwork Head: Rip off a clockwork soldiers head through drop assassination or shooting at it, then proceed to kill it (take care as it still reacts to sounds made nearby and will attack blindly).

Trivia: Killing a clockwork soldier does not count as a kill. But remember that the headless soldier can still detect you when you are too loud.
Mission 5: The Royal Conservatory
  • Broken Whalebone Sword: On the top floor of the Conservatory, even above Ashmore's office, outside of her laboratory, is a display case on the right. Destroy it and pick up the sword from inside. Be aware of the loud noise the glass will make. If you don't want to be detected, you can eliminate Ashmore and her hounds first or open the case silently by opening it via its handle on the glass (press <interact>).
Mission 6: The Dust District
There are two souvenirs in this mission!
  • Skiff Approaching Dockyard: Start in the neutral territory between Howlers and Overseers. Go into the Howler Territory and pass the giant grey doors(you will notice). Go to the right into the small alley where some leafs are falling down. You will see the Overseer territory with one of them standing there (he won't attack you, as long as you don't get too close) in front of you. On the left is an old shop. Destroy the windows and get inside. The painting is at the back hanging on the wall.
    -

  • Blade Verbana: This one is difficult to find. Go to the Overseer's territory. When facing their base, there is a road to the left that leads to a dead end. Move along this road. Towards the end there will be an illuminated plaque on the wall. Head into the narrow alley on the side of this building, climb up and go through the small passage, smash through the boarded window, move into the furthest room of Corvo's old home (the one with the door on the ground), and then "use" the discolored bricks on the wall to open a hidden stash.
Mission 7: A Crack in the Slab
  • Calendar from 1849: This one is the easiest to find. After getting the Outsider's time-travelling gift, go towards the door, next to the calendar of 1852, and travel into the past. The calendar is now of the year 1849.
Mission 8: The Grand Palace
  • Broken Gazelle Ornament: After you got Delilah's spirit, move around the weird looking tree. You will find a portrait and a table next to the wall just behind it. Take the item from the table with all the candles.
Mission 9: Death to the Empress
  • Mrs. Pilsen Doll: Instead of going straight to Delilah, go back to the saferoom as you did in mission 1 (behind Delilah at the left is the door; beware of the hounds). Look in the toilet in the same room where you found Samuel's Gift.

@C0br4_L0rd haven't had that happen to me in any of my runs. I always grab the ornament on the run.

The Gazelle didn't spawn for me on a High Chaos Run. Did anyone else experience that?

@Tola: Thanks, I didn't know that! Will add it to the description.

Pssst.. the broken whalebone sword, and items in similar display cases, can be looted soundlessly. If you look close you'll see the small handles that you can put the cursor on to get 'Press F to open'. They're at the far ends of the cases.

Fun little bit of trivia:

Some years ago, a young "Meagan" and her girlfriend were attacked by the brothers Abele while in Dunwall. Luca (the current Duke) goaded his brother into killing Meagan's girlfriend, and Meagan responded by tearing the gazelle off their carriage...and driving it through the brother's eye.

If you've already played Dishonored 1, you already know what happens to "Meagan" next ;)
