Introduction
Reaper - Tale of a Pale Swordsman has 30 tarot cards that serve as character upgrades. As I was playing through the game I wished to look up all the possible cards that the game has so that I could try optimising my build but I couldn't find any after a few minutes of Googling. So I decided to post this so that other people would be able to do it in the future.
As this wasn't a decision I had made at the start of the game I didn't note some of the effects of the cards that increase in effect with every stage so some of the information isn't complete. Like for instance the Mighty Slam card, I don't know what's the increase per level, I only know the final effect at level 6.
Stomp Cards
Heavy Impact
Pretty basic, increases stomp damage.
The first upgrade increases it to 130%, the second one to 160% and the third maxes it out at 200%.
Groundshaker
Increases the area of effect of the stomp.
Concussion
Gives the stomp a chance to stun enemies with increasing length of the stun as well as chance of it happening.
The first upgrade gives a 22% chance to stun for 2 seconds, the second upgrade a 45% chance to stun for 4 seconds and the third and final upgrade gives a 60% chance to stun for 5 seconds.
Charge and Whirlwind Cards
Flash Forward
Increases the distance of Charge.
Furious Charge
Increases the damage of Charge.
Dazzling Dash
Gives Charge a chance to stun opponents, starting with 2 seconds.
Thousand Cuts
Increases the damage you do with the whirlwind attack, increasing the damage by 15% per upgrade.
Slam and Uppercut Cards
Mighty Slam
Increases the damage of your slam attack.
Powerful Swing
Increases the damage of your uppercut attack.
Stunning Blows
Gives your uppercut attacks a chance to stun.
22% for 4, 33% for 5, 44% for 6 and 55% for 7 seconds.
Skull Splitter
Gives slam a multiplier to increase its chances of scoring critical hits. 1.5x at level 1 and 2x at level 2.
Rage Cards
Bloodlust
Increases your rage level for every enemy you kill.
The first upgrade gives you one, while the second gives you two skulls of rage per kill.
Feel No Pain
Adds armor for every skull of rage you have, the first upgrade giving 6 and the second one giving 12 per skull of rage.
Deep Rage
Pretty self explanatory, gives you skulls at the start of battle, increasing it by 2 per upgrade. So you go from 0 to 2, 4 and 6.
Vindictive
You gain a skull of rage after receiving a certain amount of damage.
At first you get 1 skull per 32 damage, then 24 and finally 16 damage.
Adrenaline Rush
Gives you more skulls once your health falls below 20%.
In my opinion a pretty useless upgrade, your health shouldn't be falling below 20% anyway.
Focused Fury
Gives your rage attacks a 25% higher chance to score critical hits.
Basic Stat Cards
Endurance
Increases your maximum health by 18 hit points per level.
Strength
Increases your Strength stat by 8 per level.
Speed
Increases your Speed stat by 6 per level and also increases your jump height.
Block
Increases your block chance by 2.4% per level.
Critical Hit
Increases your critical hit chance by 1.2% per level.
Vicious Criticals
Increases the damage your critical attacks do
Gold and Survival Cards
Fortune
Increases the amount of gold killed enemies drop.
Greed
Heals you by 1 health point when you collect gold. Every 2 gold coins or nuggets at level 1 and at level 2 for every single coin or nugget collected.
Awareness
Decreases damage received when falling down pitfalls.
Resurrection
Gives you a chance to revive when killed. At level 1 you revive 25% of the time and with 9% of your maximum health and I believe with 13% of your health at level 2, but I could be wrong about that, my memory is a bit fuzzy.
Other Cards
Execution
Gives you an increased chance to score critical hits against stunned enemies.
Backstab
Increases critical hit chance on enemies attacked from their back.
Wall of Blades
It increases your block chance when executing rage attacks. One of the most useful skills in my opinion. When you've maxed out your Block card you'll have a 25% chance of blocking hits so it'll increase block chance to at least 75% which dramatically lowers damage received. With level 10 in block, a ring with +1.8%, gloves with +3.0% block and a chest piece that makes your block 14% more effective you'll already have 33.9% block chance. If you use that gear which isn't even the best possible you will be invincible when using rage attacks.

No problem, I just did this when I was bored last year and frustrated with lack of information while playing. Hopefully it helps someone in some way :D Disclaimer though, I might have messed some things up :3
