How To Get Max Health (Without Cheats)

This guide will show you the easiest way to get max health in GTA:SA without cheating.

What are you going to do?

The easiest way to get max health is to complete level 12 of the ambulance missions. Yes you could do it anywhere, but there is one town that is perfect for it. Allowing you to get max health in about 15 minutes. The town is Angel Pine.

Where is Angel Pine?

Angel Pine is the small town in the very South West part of the map.































You may wonder what is the easiest way to get there or when is this location made available to me while progressing through the campaign? Well the answer is cleary going to be a spoiler to the story. But Angel Pine is accessible without attracting police attention after the misson where Rider and Smoke sell out the gang and set up your brother Sweet. Sweet is shot and taken to a prison hospital after you save him from the attacking gang. You are not put in prison but rather taken to Angel Pine by the crooked cops framing you for murder where you are forced to do their dirty work and not able to wander far without satisfying them first. That is the easiest way to get to Angel Pine and when it is accessable without obtaining a wanted level.

How to get an ambulance?

There is a medical center in Angel Pine that almost always has an ambulance parked beside it. The Medical Center can be found at the most North West intersection of Angel Pine. Featured below is an image of Angel Pine Medical Center.

The most effecient way to complete the ambulance missions?

Below I have drawn a crude map of what I have found to be the most efficient paths. They are numbered in order from the highest priority to the lowest. They are also colour coated. This was the system I used for the most part when doing the ambulance missions. This system is not needed until level four and above.

To speed up the process, Chainsaw your doors off so patients/passengers can get in quicker instead of playing the Door Opening Animation wasting a couple of seconds, instead they'll just hop in without issues or waiting. Overall pretty Good.

Tiara, you will reach max health guaranteed after level 12. You could possibly reach max health sooner than level 12 if you already have the stat increased before starting the ambulance missions.
