The Axe is the best weapon in the game because it stuns and has high chance to knock his mask off... you need to use the axe or machete to quickly knock his mask off though... other weapons take way longer. You don't have to deal any extra damage to him either... just knocking his mask off and following the steps in the video will activate the kill.

The female counselor should use an axe after using the sweater on him but she can pretty much use anything blunt like a bat... She doesn't have to be behind him either... she can be anywhere around him and it'll work.

Tommy can use a machete or an axe to deliver the final blow as those are the only two bladed weapons in the game. The final hit is a button prompt, you press the interaction button to trigger the cut scene... so the button you use to open doors / drawers is the button used to kill Jason so long as Tommy has the machete and Jason's mask and the female counselor has knocked Jason to his knees.

your video is irrelevant because the normal game doesnt work like that. The Jason you are showing wont be acting like that thats why this video is stupid and useless.
