This is for people with higher refresh rate monitors.

Increase Fps cap to match your monitor.

Go C:\Users\[Your name]\AppData\Local\NBAPlaygrounds\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Then open GameUserSettings.ini
And change these settings.

FrameRateLimit=144 (Or what ever framerate you want)
