Strategic War in Europe - Officially Acknowledged by The Wargamer

A tabletop wargame right on your PC! Strategic War in Europe allows you to play a computer game which looks and plays as a tabletop wargame, but you don't need to find a human opponent.

Strategic War in Europe is a grand strategy game where you command one or more of the 25 countries in the game. War, diplomacy, technological progress, recruitment, conquest – this is all in your hands. There are no restrictions to the actions you can perform during your turn: unit movement, purchase, attack, technology investment, reinforcement, all of those can be done at any moment during the turn.

Strategic War in Europe features a large map scale that doesn't overwhelm, perfect for newer players and for multiplayer!

Maintain convoys and supply lines, transport troops through the sea, secure air supremacy and hope for good weather – all of those are ingredients of ultimate victory. There are multiple ways to achieve victory, allowing nearly unlimited replayability.

The war in Europe begins!

Game Features:
  • Even 20 players in co-op mode
  • Units and/or map graphic changeable with one click
  • Huge modding possibilities
  • Possibility to redraw whole User Interface
  • Monthly turns
  • Six campaigns and more to come
  • Customized difficulty for every country
  • Simple economy system
  • Commanders like Guderian, Rommel, Patton and Bradley
  • Adjustable Fog of War
  • Dynamic weather system

Press quotes:
  • Rock Paper Shotgun: There's a lot to like about this $15 offering. The AI seems to have its head screwed on nice and tight. Convoys, naval warfare, production, research, and diplomacy are all cleverly streamlined. The opportunity to play as minors or individual Axis/Allied nations provides single player flexibility that you won't find in likeable rivals like Commander: Europe At War.
  • Wargamer: I liked how the developers tried to simplify things, and it wasn't too much. By comparison, the turn times are much faster than Time of Fury. It's moddable as well—this will add more enjoyment to the game. It fits in that happy medium of a grand strategy game focused in World War 2 Europe—a medium that strategy gamers like. This is a game that can be finished in a few hours rather than days or weeks. It isn't deep, but it's not too shallow either.

We are not able to post the patch on our website as this includes the Matrix DRM.
This is not a lame excuse. This is the reality.
Please contact he store where you have purchased the game and ask them for a patch or refund.

I'm not able to guarantee that our games will be working on every computer in the world, but you can't say that we are supporting our games.

You side-stepped posting the patch on your website. You owe the people who bought the game more that a lame excuse. This is a good reason not to buy any of your games.

FYI - I haven't been able to get past the launch screen for Time of Fury. You would know this is a problem if you bothered to check the Matrix forum for the game.

We have delivered patches to Matrix in January and February.

Add the patch (assuming it exists) on your website and reply to all those users that have left countless unanswered posts on the Matrix forum for Time of Fury.
