Unsure if it's needed for achievement, but I didn't see Über Ace of Spoils in the list. It can be acquired from Maxi Malone for 30 Mini Medals; it can be purchased multiple times, I purchased 10 and it's still available in the shop.

yeah but i didn't want to add all the chests and npc's because everyone who is playing the game get them anyway :)
I think where you can farm them is more important

pretty sure you can get a champions choker for free at alternate universe no mans land from a copy pyro near the ruins
