That being said, there is something to this I want to point out... Bretons, I've always seen, as the defensive caster race type, with a major focus on Alteration and restoration. I've noticed that the elves are more offensively based when it comes to magick (something that irritated me, Y U NO STRONG OFFENSE MAGE BRETON?!) If you're going to make these mods as a way of giving a racial boost to specific combat types, like Khajiit's are super sneaky, Orcs are friggin' tanks, Wood Elves are super marksmen. Just a thought, but maybe take in account the resistance, what racial skill buffs the race already has and what not will help?
