A simple guide on how to remove the 120 fps cap on Neon Arena.

Your game folder
Navigate through your game's configuration folder (Steam/steamapps/common/Neon Arena/Engine/Config) and open the file "BaseEngine.ini". Then click on "Edit -> Find" and type "bsmooth" (without quotes). Locate the command "bSmoothFrameRate=true" and set it to "bSmoothFrameRate=false". Save the file and run the game.
Once in game, disable Vsync.

Enjoy your game at whatever fps your rig can get.

@ForD: It would be better if you could set the fps limit to 144, if you don't mind. That would benefit those users who have a 144Hz monitor. Thank you in advance. :)
