First Mastermind: you dont need Stable Shot, and Stockholm syndrom is always usefull.
In Enforcer... so many skills points waste... you dont need shotgunner skill, cause you know, stealth. And ammo skills are useless as fuck too.
In Technician: Jack of all Trade, nothing to say, its good. For Breacher, Hardware Expert, Drill Sawgeant, and Kickstarter all aced are a must have.
In Ghost: in shinobi, nothing to say, in Artful Dodger, inner pocket is a must have, and in silent killer, you only need Opticals Illusion aced, cause you dont need that much fire power.
In fugitive... pistols skills... why? you dont have any pistols in your build.
Personnaly i use Berserker with a Molotov it's very good with the saw.
Pffff... skills done
Perk deck: Burglar, nothing to say, a must have for stealth player.
For weapons, Cavity gun is good... but not modded like that
With Tooth Fairy suppressor, there is a pretty good concealment.
But you can take Akimbo Bernetty 9 Pistols, they do the job too.
For secondary Judge is good, but you dont need sight and gadgets.
The Locomotiv 12G Shotgun can be mod to get a pretty high concealment.
Or a random pistols is always good.
For the melee, the buzzers and knuckles are very bad, in stealth. Cause when you hit an alerted guards he will shoot, and fail the stealth.
Take what melee you want, i use the pen for exemple.
And take Ecm in primay, 2 ecm are always usefull, and you never really need 8 bodybags
If it's your first guide, i understand it isn't really easy, but don't worry, you'll become better to the game.
