-Use Fortify Strength enchant to balance the weight of armor while also boosting your melee damage (not to much, though, because it makes your weapons degrade faster)
-The DLC areas have vendors that sell Fortify Skill spells, giving you access to it in the spellmaker and enchanting
-Having Enchant at 110 makes all enchantments cost 1 charge
-Cast Fortify Enchant or Fortify Intelligence with a really high magnitude for 1 second, then enchant during that "1 second" so that you're a lot more likely succeed.
And, if you really wanna be cheaty, just use the soul trap glitch.
Get a daedric sword of your flavor. Permanently enchant it with "boost [whatever stat, any stat, as many as you can fit] on strike, for [however many points you want]". Fewer points means you can put more stats on it. Then go find those golems below Mournhold that reflect your spells back at you. Hit them, and your stats are boosted permanently when it reflects. Don't put any damage spells on the sword or you'll just kill yourself. When you look at your character, you'll see your stats going up (they'll be colored red) and it persists through reloading.
I haven't tested this on the Steam version, so it may not work anymore. But it was pretty awesome on the CD version.
