Guide
Spark the Electric Jester consists of 4 total achievements. This guide will go over how to unlock each achievement and the methods needed to complete each one. While there are only 4 achievements they are very challenging and will require a good amount of time to complete.

Job Master
You Got Your Job Back

The job master achievement is the first achievement you will unlock. The requirements for this achievement are to simply complete the main campaign as Spark. This playthrough is good for understanding the mechanics and discovering the various powers Spark can aquire in the game. It is important to understand how they work because later on the achievements get harder and require good knowledge of how the mechanics in this game work.

Upon completing this achievement and playthrough you will unlock a new mode called Fark's Story.

Sharp the Edge
Defeat Freom For Good

To unlock this achievment you will need to playthrough the campaign again but this time as Fark. Fark's game is much more challenging and unlike Spark he does not have access to a large variety of power ups but rather attacks using his fists. Fark's game also relies heavily on Fark's block mechanic, blocking a successful attack from an enemy will help build Fark's super gauge and when the gauge is full Fark will turn into Super Fark.

This is useful for most bosses because Super Fark does a lot more damage. The core gameplay for Fark is about reading and understanding enemy patterns.

Upon completing the story for Fark you will unlock the Sharp the Edge achievement and a new mode called Sparks Challenge.

Painless
Spark Does What Farken't

This achievment requires you to playthrough the game again but this time the difficulty becomes far more significant. For this challenge you will play through Fark's story again but this time with Spark. Wishes mode will also be unlocked allowing you to choose any of Spark's powers at anytime. This mode also gives you less health, 2 hits to be exact which makes this difficult and at times frustrating.

The key to completing this is to take it slow and carefully. Remember you have access to all the powers so choosing the best one for each situation makes a huge difference. Personally the sword power up is the most useful as you can stand below and attack up killing any enemies coming from above and this becomes important later on in the run.

Upon completing the story you will get the Painless achievement and unlock one last mode call SPC Challenges

You Did It!
Finish Everything

This is the final achievement that can be unlocked. This achievment requires you to complete SPC Challenges which is a challenge mode consiting on 10 challenge levels with various difficulties.

Challenge 1:
Beat Kerana Forest without pressing the attack button, attacking will damage you. (play as spark with wishes mode active) (Bosses disabled)

This challenge is fairly easy. For the most part you wanna dash as much as possible and I would recommend sword due to the invicibilty while dashing. Gravity is also good for flying over everything as well.

Challenge 2:
Beat Smog City without Jumping, pressing the jump button will damage you (play as wind Jester)

This challenge can be a bit challenging. At points during this you will need to jump and you will take damage because of it. Usually when you are forced to jump there will be health pick ups nearby so focus your jump on grabbing them while moving forward and if you have air time use wind jester to fly as far as you can. The goal here is to take little to no damage unless required. You will also need to fight the boss at the end so recognize his pattern.

Challenge 3:
Beat Smog City without taking a hit (spark with wishes mode active) (All healing items removed)

This challenge is fairly easy as long as you go slow. you will access to all of sparks powers so use the best one for each situation. Usually something like archer or magical is good for attacking long distances keeping yourself out of harms way.

Challenge 4:
Beat the first ship of Megaraph Fleet without taking a hit (Fark) (All healing objects and checkpoints removed)

This is by far the hardest challenge and I mean hard. Prepare to be frustrated, there is no easy way to get through this you just need to recognize when to dash and when to go very slow. Keep in mind that Fark can run on walls and this stage has a lot of enemies that rush you so sometimes jump onto a wall and waiting for the to fall down is the best solution.

Below is a video walkthrough of the path I used to complete it.

Challenge 5:
Beat Luna Base while the floor is lava, don't touch the ground (Spark with the Gravity Jester)

This challenge is fairly easy. The key to this challenge is just to go slow and watch that you don't touch the ground in any way. You can touch ceilings and walls just not the floor.

Challenge 6:
Speed bomb run! Beat Mare Desert and don't let your speed get low! (Spark with Board)

This challenge is not that bad. This challenge has you carrying a bomb and if you slow down it hurts you so you need to keep moving through all 3 parts of Mare Desert including the bosses. This can be very tricky but make good use of the open areas to cover large patches of the level.

Challenge 7:
Beat Caria Valley while the floor is hot! Don't stay on the ground for too long (Spark with the wind Jester)

This is an easy challenge. You can use the wind jester to keep off the ground flying and dashing. You can touch the ground for about 2 seconds before it will hurt you so don't be afraid to land and jump.

Challenge 8:
Beat the second half of Sunset Heights while the floor is hot! Don't stay on the ground for too long.(Spark with the Edgy Jester)

This challenge is just like the previous one but less forgiving. Use the walls to your advantage and stay off the ground and keep jumping. You have about 1 second before damage hurts you so make good use of Edgy's dash mechanics.

Here is a video for the playthrough:

Challenge 9:
Find all the mini Romalos in the Sunfire Forest. (Spark with wishes mode active)(Find four in eache area before moving ont othe next)

This challenge is very easy. You will need to locate 10 Romalo dolls throught the one area. As you come closer to one you will hear a beeping noise getting louder as you get close. My suggestion is to use Gravity Jester and fly around will you find them all (hint most are up high). Each area is small and blocked off doors, when you see it's blocked off you haven't found all of the dolls in the area yet.

Challenge 10:
Find all the Romalos dolls in Mare Deset's first third. (Spark with wishes)

Like the challenge before it's pretty much the same thing. Choose Gravity Jester and fly around listening for beeps until you find all 10.

After completing all the challenges you will unlock the achievement and 100% the game congratulations!

Fun Fact, it is indeed possible to beat the entirety of Spark's Story (Yes in Normal because I don't want myself or others to suffer) Without pressing Left or Right without jester powers aside from super which is forced on endgame

found an exploit for Challenge 4:
the regen bar carries over from time attack, when you quit to menu
it doesn't reset when fark dies. so you can easily get 5 hits to death in this challenge, if you grind the bar in FM city (character doesn't matter, just don't finish the level)

I do have a few pointers not mentioned in this guide that I think are important:

During Spark's Challenge, the Knight ability gives you a single-hit shield on a full static bar, this is extremely useful for boss fights (especially the ones with multiple phases).

Challenge two can be beaten without the jump button, Wind's charge ability can be aimed down to function as a jump substitute. Of course, a full charge will propel you more, but most of the time a medium charge will help with almost any vertical need.

It is possible to dash dodge the damage in challenges 6, 7, and 8, but the timing is tricky and it is not viable for completely negating the damage throughout the stages.

Also, a small note is that if you use both of Wind's double jumps then land on the mushrooms in challenge 7, you can use Wind's float ability to gain altitude as if you are in water. The mushroom spore effects are negated either by landing, getting hit, sliding down a wall, or dashing mid-air.

You can only collect the mini Romalos in the trial in SPC Challenge mode. When you unlock it you will be able to choose a square with the challenge, only then can you get them because that is the challenge and the stage you're playing in is modified for it. You can collect the mini romalos with any of the jester forms. I only suggest the gravity form becuase it has infinite flying and many of them are up high so the best strategy is to fly across mid range listening for beeps then you can go up or down depending on how loud the beeps get.

Which story are you playing through. By the sounds of it, it's Sparks Challenge. If it's the boss I'm thinking of it's the cloaked demon that disappears in the ground and jumps up underneath you. Later in the fight he has tiny red dots falling from the sky. If this is the boss you're stuck on I would suggest using the Archer Jester for this fight.

The trick is to stay away from him while shooting, when he goes into the ground keep dashing back and fourth non stop this will dodge his mechanic. When he goes to the far side and dashes across you can stand on the far right side of the screen and just shoot he won't hit you. As for the falling red dots you just need to keep dashing in small areas to avoid them and with the Archer if he is across the screen, even if you can't see him you can hit him so try to stay around the right side of the screen.
